Gil I agree but tax breaks for companies to bring jobs to specific jobs to an area is not that uncommon. Silicon valley a prime example! Another is Ann Richards and the Austin spurt. She gave tax breaks that brought 3m, motorollo and Dell in round rock! You can't tax people out of creating jobs and tax breaks to create jobs goes beyond wal mart! This is my current problem they are taxing so
e sectors such as energy out of growth because they WILL turn a profit, growth being secondary

If I was a Wallys manager I would hire Fred and Gilbert as greeters but have them detain the people as they left. The men would get to sittin' around listening to the talltales and send the womenfolk and chillen back to do mo shopping. They would want to visit every day afraid they would miss something.
